Insurance & Cancellation terms:
Payment - for your holiday is due 7days in advance
of the date of your arrival.
If dates are less than 7days, the balance must be paid
in full on booking.
One night stay bookings must be paid in full on booking.
Deposits - are non-refundable. When cancelled rooms
cannot be relet, the hotel reserves the right by law to charge for accomodation, therefore we strongly recommend our guests
to take out their own insurance against such a cancellation in the event of accident or illness.

Checkin - Check Out - Check in is 2.30 pm onwards, especially in July & August and
must be vacated by 10 am on the morning of your departure. if you wish to extend check out a £10.00 per hourly charge
can be added to your bill (full hours only, charged for).

Bay View Hotel Access Statement
· Parking to the front of the Hotel is level and further parking to the rear can
be accessed by a gentle slope. Parking at the front can be reserved by a cone if necessary.

· If arriving by train luggage can be collected from the train station by prior
arrangement for a small charge.
· Two entrances to the front of Bay View Hotel: One with double
doors and level access. Second door with small step.
· Level access to all ground floor including bar, lounge &
dining area
· Three ground floor en suite rooms - not adapted to wheelchair use.
All
our rooms have en suites shower rooms and have raised ledge into shower cubicle area. One single room on
first floor has bathroom with overhead shower.
· Stairs to first floor (no lifts) - Well lit corridors and hallways

Full waitress/waiter service for
all meals.
· Toilets in public area not accessible to
wheelchair users.
· Wheelchair hire available locally,
we can pre book for you on request.

Quite steep Slope to swimming pool
at the rear of the hotel with five steps on to pool terrace. Pool ladder steps to gain access into
the water.
· Service dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
· Menus and brochures available in large print on request.
· Information available on audiotape if required.
· Staff trained in disability awareness under the Welcome Host
